Steve & Melissa Ritchie, established Endeavor Restaurant Group in Louisville, KY in 2020 with a simple vision, build a company of empowered team members who love the place they work and are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences every single day.

The growth strategy for Endeavor Restaurant Group is focused on targeting acquisitions or partnerships with distinct restaurant concepts with specially crafted menus and differentiated experiences across multiple dining segments. In 2020, the first multi-unit acquisition for Endeavor was the LouVino Restaurant and Wine Bar, with five locations across Kentucky, Indiana & Ohio.

In 2021, partnership agreements were executed with two additional distinctive brands, Big Bad Breakfast and Waldos Chicken & Beer. Both brands opened locations in Louisville, KY in 2022, and bring the same unique culinary excellence of LouVino, serving scratch-made food in vibrant casual settings, creating a fun and enjoyable experience.

The foundation of our company starts with the core belief that we must build a strong culture of accountability, attracting leaders who lead by inspiring and developing more leaders. I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
